Adding and Removing Providers in Pearl Voice

Each provider in Pearl Voice can have their own profile, which stores their personal Customized Notes and preferences.

Adding a provider

  1. Navigate to voice.hellopearl.com and log in.
  2. Go to the account drop down.
  3. Select 'Create new profile'.


  4. Enter the profile name and 'Create'
  5. Set up their Customized Notes and template preferences. The provider will be save along with their Note Customizations.

Removing a provider

If a provider has left your practice or is no longer using Pearl Voice, ther profile can be removed. This will delete their provider profile entirely. 

  1. Go to the account drop down.
  2. Select the trash can icon.
  3. Confirm deletion. All note customizations, favorites and settings related to the profile will be removed.
