Adding and Removing Providers in Pearl Voice

Each provider in Pearl Voice can have their own profile, which stores their personal Example Notes and template preferences.

Adding a provider

Note: Providers will only be added when Example Notes are setup under the provider's name.

  1. Navigate to voice.hellopearl.com and log in.
  2. Go to Example Notes.
  3. In the provider field, type the new provider's name.
  4. Set up their Example Notes and template preferences. The provider will be save along with their Example Notes. 

Removing a provider

If a provider has left your practice or is no longer using Pearl Voice, remove all Example Notes within a provider. This will delete their provider profile entirely.
