Establishing Payor Connections

For the most comprehensive insurance details, connect to payors with existing carrier logins

  1. Access Carrier Connections
    Click “Payor Connections” at the top of your dashboard.

    A list of carriers will open, showing connection statuses.


    Connection Icons indicate the connection status with each carrier.
  2. Enter Credentials
    Click any carrier link that needs credentials and enter your login information.
     Use the login information you use for the indicated payor website. 
  3. Repeat the login and configuration process for each payor requiring connection.
    When multi-factor authentication is needed, you'll be able to enter the security code within the connection interface. This code will be sent via the regular methods with that carrier- typically email or text message.
  4. Once connections are established, Precheck automatically verifies insurance for patients scheduled in the next 2 weeks, reducing the need for manual checks and providing a centralized reference for benefit information.
