How often is patient insurance information updated?

Patient insurance information is pulled from your PMS and updated on a nightly basis. New patients and same day additions can be verified using the 'Instant Breakdown' feature. For patients that were previously checked, then have changes to their insurance details, their benefits can be reverified using the 'Refresh Data' feature.
