Insurance information is now available in Practice Intelligence for customers with a Pearl RCM subscription.
Enhanced Schedule: Insurance Filter
The banner along the top of the Enhanced Schedule now includes RCM filters to quickly identify the following patient insurance alerts:
- Needs Verification - Coverage unconfirmed, contact insurance.
- No Insurance - No insurance information on file.
- Claim Actions - Flagging identified missing radiographs, image quality issues, or other coverage gaps that could potentially impact claim submission.
Patient Appointment Card & Daily Huddle Sheet

Eligibility and benefits are now shown at the procedure code level in the patient appointment card and displayed in the Daily Huddle Sheet.
- Hover over each patient appointment or generate the daily huddle sheet to view exact coverage for each planned procedure—remaining benefits, frequency limits, and waiting periods—before the patient arrives.
Treatment Opportunities
Treatment Opportunities can now be filtered by Insurance Status.
