Placement tips for best results

- Important that the microphone is not behind the provider
- Avoid pointing the mic at HVAC vents or open doors
- Keep the mic in a stable location (avoid moving it between appointments)
Device + environment requirements
- Stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi or wired)
- Modern browser/device with microphone permissions enabled
- Minimize background noise when possible
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the correct microphone input is selected (if multiple inputs are available)
- Confirm microphone permissions are allowed
- Confirm the mic isn’t muted and input levels are adequate
- Move the mic closer to the provider
- If using a wireless microphone, please ensure it is fully charged prior to use
