How to Move Images to another patient in Second Opinion
If X-rays are uploaded under the wrong patient, don’t worry — our support team can help you reassign them to the correct chart.
Steps to Request an Image Move:

Navigate to the Pearl Support Request Form

Fill out the form with the following details:

Patient name where the images currently appear

Correct patient name where the images should be moved

Image details: type, date, and number of images if possible

Submit the form. Our support team will confirm once the transfer is complete.
Important Notes:

For security and tracking, image moves can only be done by Pearl’s technical team.

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
