Missing Images
If images are not appearing in Pearl, there are several common reasons and solutions to explore:
1. Images Not Synced from PMS or Imaging Software

Check for Changes: Have there been any recent changes to your imaging system, practice management software (PMS), or server configuration?

Possible Disconnection: Pearl may have lost connection to your imaging system or PMS.

2. Historical Image Limits

Pearl can retrieve historical X-rays based on your subscription level and the capabilities of your imaging system:

Second Opinion: Typically pulls up to 12 months of historical X-rays.

Practice Intelligence: Can retrieve up to 18 months of historical X-rays.

⚠️ Note: Some imaging systems do not allow access to historical data. In those cases, only images captured after Pearl was installed will be available.
3. Unsupported Imaging Types

Pearl only processes images captured in supported imaging software and file types.

Unsupported formats or imaging systems will not sync.

Submit a support request with the patient’s name, date of the missing study, and image type. Our team will investigate further.
